iplplaynow uses a small number of affiliate links to commercial partners. This page explains how those links work and how editorial coverage is kept independent.
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a tracked link to a commercial partner. When a reader clicks an affiliate link and completes a relevant action on the partner's site, iplplaynow may receive a commission. The commission does not change the price the reader pays.
Where affiliate links appear
Affiliate links appear in a small number of places on this site:
- The mobile sticky CTA at the bottom of the page.
- Contextual affiliate CTAs on the fantasy tips desk, where a commercial partner is genuinely relevant to the surrounding content.
- The dedicated partner page accessed through the mobile sticky CTA.
How we mark them
Every affiliate link is marked with the HTML attributes rel="sponsored nofollow noopener noreferrer". Visible "Sponsored" labels appear alongside affiliate CTAs. We do not disguise affiliate links as editorial links.
Editorial independence
Editorial coverage on iplplaynow is decided by the editors. Affiliate partnerships do not influence which stories we cover, how we cover them, or what we say. Captain calls comparisons, selection frameworks, and accuracy logs are published regardless of any commercial relationship.
Commercial CTA policy
We use a small number of affiliate CTAs only where the surrounding section has genuine commercial intent. We do not turn editorial navigation or ordinary article links into affiliate links. We do not place affiliate CTAs on trust pages (privacy, terms, editorial policy, responsible play, corrections).
Mobile sticky CTA
The mobile sticky CTA at the bottom of the page is an affiliate link. It is labelled "Sponsored" with the destination context. It is suppressed on the trust pages listed above. The desktop equivalent is not present — affiliate placements are deliberately limited to mobile to avoid duplicating with editorial content.

The affiliate route used on this site is a first-party redirect at /Login/playnow. The destination is disclosed on this page. Readers who prefer not to use the affiliate route can navigate directly to the partner's site via the editorial partner page, which carries no tracking.

If you ever see a link on the site that looks like an editorial link but behaves like an affiliate link — for example, a captain call that turns out to track to the affiliate destination — please let us know. That would be a violation of the editorial policy.
